Dr Sam Wong

Sam was awarded his Bachelor of Dentistry from University College London and went on to gain a Masters in Medical Science, from Sheffield University where he specialised in cosmetic dentistry and helped to run courses teaching other dentists.

He gained the Diploma in Post Graduate Dental Studies from Bristol University, where his work involved endodontics, prosthetics and crown and bridge work.

Sam has also studied for the Primary Health Care Examination to become a Licensed Associate of the Faculty of Homeopathy - a subject of great interest to him. Sam is passionate about dental health and cosmetic dentistry, he has attended a wide range of courses covering subjects such as sedation, acupuncture and Botox and constantly strives to improve and learn more.

Before joining the team at Rocky Lane, Sam owned his own practice in Kent and also worked in general dental practice in Sheffield and Ashton Under Lyne. He also has worked as a volunteer dentist in Dhammakaya International Buddist Centre in Thailand.

Sam is a keen photographer, practices Yoga and Thai Chi, enjoys porcelain painting and travels when he can with his wife and two sons.
